Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Period

Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. This period allows enough time to make the right decision.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Returned clothing must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact, and in the same condition as received.
Any item that shows signs of use, has been washed, or is missing its original tags cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Shipping and Return Fees

Alfagr FG will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size or change of mind about color or style):

• Cairo & Giza: return shipping fee 60 EGP

• Other governorates: return shipping fee 80 EGP

For exchanges:

• Cairo & Giza: exchange shipping fee 120 EGP

• Other governorates: exchange shipping fee 180 EGP

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp or email.

5. Refund Method

A full refund will be issued within 0–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If you wish to exchange for another size or color, we will handle the shipping for you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Items sold under “Final Sale” offers

• Underwear or personal items (for hygiene reasons)

• Custom-made or personalized orders

• Free gifts or promotional items included with the order

7. Washing Instructions

Please read the care label instructions carefully before washing.
Note: Wool products may naturally shrink by 2–3 cm after washing.
