Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Period

Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. This period allows enough time to make the right decision.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Clothing items must be unused, with all original tags and labels attached, and in the same condition as received.

Any product showing signs of use, washing, or missing its original tags cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Shipping Costs & Return Fees

Alfagr FG covers the return shipping cost only if the mistake is from our side (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

For personal reasons (such as size change, color preference, or style change), the customer bears the return cost:

Cairo & Giza: 60 EGP

Other governorates: 80 EGP

For exchanges, the shipping fees are:

Cairo & Giza: 120 EGP

Other governorates: 180 EGP

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email.

5. Refund Method

A full refund will be processed within 0–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If you wish to exchange for another size or color, we will handle the shipping.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Products marked as “final sale”, underwear, personal items (for hygiene reasons), custom-made orders, free gifts, and promotional items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
